1. Terms of Service

By using the Seabe Digital WhatsApp Bot, you agree to the following:

• You are authorized to use the payment method (Card/EFT) provided.
• Seabe Digital acts as a technical intermediary. Funds are processed securely by Paystack and settled directly to the beneficiary organization.
• We reserve the right to suspend access for any user attempting fraudulent transactions.

2. Pricing & Fees

Our pricing structure is transparent:

• Subscription: R0.00 (Free for Churches and Users).
• Platform Fee: 2.5% per transaction.
• Processing Fee: Standard Paystack processing fees apply (approx. 2.9% + R1.00).

Fees are deducted automatically from the donation amount before settlement.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Donations: As these are voluntary charitable contributions, refunds are generally not provided once funds have been settled to the beneficiary church.

Errors: If you made a donation in error (e.g., wrong amount), please contact us within 24 hours. We will assist in reversing the transaction before settlement where possible.

Disputes: Any chargebacks or disputes will be handled in accordance with South African banking regulations.

4. Privacy & Data

We adhere to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Your data is used solely for processing payments and issuing tax receipts. View our full Privacy Policy.
